ABOUT THE ROLE
We’ve got a one-of-a-kind opportunity to lead the campus experience at our Global Support Centre in Geelong- as our very own Good Times and Great Vibes Manager (yes, that’s really the title!).
This role is all about bring the fun and shaping an on-campus culture that’s buzzing with energy, creativity and connection. Think events inspired by the latest social media and pop culture trends, a daily experience that makes coming to work something people genuinely look forward to and unforgettable moments that bring our people together.
From running epic internal events and unforgettable parties to delivering an exceptional experience at our world-class cafe and reception, you’ll be at the heart of it all-the go-to person for all things good vibes.
You’ll lead with energy, positivity and a can-do mindset, driving engagement, building on our unique cultural and strengthening our reputation as a global employer of choice.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
• 5+ years in event management, with a background in hospitality, facilities or workplace management, or a relevant qualification.
• Proven experience in leading teams and managing cross-functional projects.
• Strong commercial mindset with the ability to balance experience delivery with budget outcomes.
• Confident leading change and driving continuous improvement in dynamic environments.
• A culture champion with a can-do attitude and high energy.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills; able to influence and build trust at all levels.
• Deep customer obsession—consistently anticipates needs and delivers beyond expectations.
• Results-driven, with a focus on delivering impact and elevating workplace experience.
