Go-To-Market Senior Engineer

About You: You have a background in engineering or a STEM field (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics). You have experience in strategic or business consulting; we especially value candidates who have worked on optimizing processes or business models. Exposure to or interest in Sales Enablement, is desirable. You are analytical, with proven skills in data analysis and using tools to interpret metrics and generate actionable insights. You have experience in workflow or process optimization and are comfortable working in dynamic, collaborative environments. You communicate clearly and have a proactive, problem-solving mindset. Fluency in English is required. What You Will Do: Collaborate with the Market Strategy team to design and implement Sales Enablement initiatives that improve commercial performance. Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify opportunities to optimize processes and workflows. Serve as a link between Sales and other departments to ensure tools and processes are effective and well adopted. Contribute to the creation and continuous improvement of training materials and resources for the commercial team. Support internal consulting projects by applying a data-driven and strategic approach to solve complex business challenges.
