\n\nWhy does this role exist?
This role exists to support the client’s Go-To-Market (GTM) leadership by optimizing lead generation, outreach, and pipeline management activities. As the company continues to grow and serve top technology clients, there is a need for a dedicated specialist to manage prospect data, streamline outbound workflows, and provide actionable insights for revenue leaders. The Go-To-Market Operations Specialist will play a crucial part in ensuring consistency, efficiency, and measurable growth across the revenue organization.

The Impact you’ll makeProspect List & Signal Management\nMaintain and monitor key prospect segments (e.g., closed/lost deals, past event invites, warm leads, LinkedIn engagement)\nBuild curated prospect lists to help fill events, such as private events and executive dinners, with ideal attendees\nIdentify ICP-fit prospects and export various lists into Aomni for scoring and message creation\nOutbound Campaign & AI Tool Support\nOversee the running of Aomni for list scoring and outbound message creation\nSet up and manage workflows related to outbound campaigns, ensuring timely and accurate execution\nPipeline & Leadership Support\nFlag relevant accounts and identify multi-threading opportunities for strategic outreach\nPull research and insights using LinkedIn and Aomni to assist leadership in engaging with high-intent accounts\nData Accuracy & Process Improvement\nEnsure data integrity and list accuracy across all prospecting activities\nOperate independently to identify and recommend improvements to existing workflows and processes\nCommunication & CollaborationProactively communicate with GTM leadership and team members to provide updates, escalate issues, and share insights

Skills, Knowledge and ExpertiseRequired:\nMinimum 1 year of experience in BDR, sales, or GTM support roles, preferably in B2B SaaS\nProficiency with sales and outreach tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot CRM, and Aomni (or similar)\nDemonstrated ability to write effective outbound messages in a conversational, human tone\nStrong experience with data management and list building for sales or marketing teams\nProven ability to work independently and with high attention to detail\nWFH Set-Up:\nComputer with at least 8GB RAM, an Intel i5 core processor/AMD Ryzen 5 Processor and up.\nInternet speed of at least 40MBPS\nHeadset with an extended mic that has noise cancellation and a webcam\nBack-up computer and internet connection\nQuiet, dedicated workspace at home\n\n\nYour Superpowers:\nSkilled at using CRM and sales prospecting tools (HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Aomni)\nExceptional written communication and outbound messaging skills\nAn analytical mindset with strong research and data management abilities\nProactive, resourceful, and able to work with minimal supervision\nDetail-oriented, organized, and process-driven\nYou should apply if… \nYou thrive in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments and enjoy supporting revenue teams\nYou’re motivated by results and are always looking for ways to optimize processes\nYou value clear, proactive communication and are comfortable collaborating remotely\nYou take pride in your attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities independently\nYou’re curious, eager to learn, and excited to be part of a high-performing team\n\nWhat to expect...
