Cigna Healthcare, IOH, has an excellent opportunity for an Acquisition Marketing lead. The role is to design and deliver targeted acquisition marketing activities supporting the IOH growth strategy for both large and SMO accounts. 

The purpose of the role is to provide strategic support to the commercial team; to map out the sales journey and help drive prospect engagement and ultimately sales through various Marketing tactics, to develop differentiating product positioning and messaging that in the market and enable Sales and Product to ensure they are aligned and work efficiently to generate and close opportunities.

The Acquisition Marketing lead role will play a critical role in helping us achieve our commercial targets. The scope of the role covers our IOH segment including engaging with clients and brokers for the business, and will have significant engagement with senior local market, IOH and IH leaders. Ultimately s/he will be responsible for partnering with key internal stakeholders at all levels of the company (IOH, IH, local) and agency partners to lead the design, implementation, management and optimization of best-in-class, activation activities and campaigns to support the IOH growth strategy.

This position is also responsible for overseeing the development and management of the frameworks, tools, and processes that will guide these activities.

RESPONSIBILITES:

Develop excellent working relationships with the Sales and Commercial Effectiveness team to deeply understand businesses pain points and provide strategic support to throughout the sales journeySupport and collaborate with the sales and commercial effectiveness team in driving salesDrive effective and exceptional commercial performance by optimising the sales process architecture & grow our distribution channels with a key focus on SMO broker salesDevelop compelling top of funnel lead-gen and prospect campaigns to with the objective to grow the opportunity pipelinePartnering with the IH Digital team and IOH Brand Marketing Manager to establish SEO-proof digital content strategies (SEO)Continuously review and adapt the IOH value proposition in line with latest market trends, service innovations and customer needsDevelop product positioning and messaging to build up a differentiating sales story in the market. Communicate the value proposition of the products to the sales channels and create consistent statements, messaging and the associated proof points.Partnering closely with the IH Insights team on research initiatives such as Market sizing, prospect segmentation and broker NPS surveys.Plan and participate in the launch and ongoing communication services and products company and develop messaging collateral, documentationSupporting the development and execution of in person/virtual events with our prospects and brokers to drive engagement and retention.Working closely with the commercial reporting team to consistently measure and assess the effectiveness of our acquisition marketing programs, and make appropriate changes to improve effectiveness and deliver outstanding resultsLeading ad hoc projects and initiatives that help to drive change or improvements for the business and the commercial teamDefining an agreed strategy and approach and measure all Go-To-Market activities.Proactively identify and resolve project challenges and risks, and facilitate mitigation strategiesUsing leadership and project management skills, keeping management informed of project status, problems, plans, and meetings, etc.Collaborate with different functional teams and internal stakeholders to effectively execute Go-To-Market activitiesCommitting to continuous learning and improvement of leadership skillsDemonstrating behaviours consistent with Cigna values.
