PwC is looking for a talented Manager with experience in one or more of the following pillars: Market Access, Regulatory Affairs, Commercial Excellence, and Patient Engagement.
In today’s rapidly evolving healthcare landscape, a holistic understanding of these areas is essential for delivering innovative solutions and driving better patient outcomes.
Successful Market Access strategies ensure that patients have timely access to the therapies they need, while strong Regulatory Affairs expertise helps navigate the complex landscape of compliance and approval processes. Meanwhile, Commercial Excellence focuses on maximizing the impact of commercial strategies to enhance client partnerships and market presence. Integrating Patient Engagement is also crucial, as it empowers patients to actively participate in their healthcare decisions, leading to improved outcomes and satisfaction.

What you’ll learn and do
As a Manager for Pharma & Life Sciences , your main responsibilities will be to:
Who you are / have:
Master’s degree in business, health policy, health economics, life sciences or healthcare discipline, marketing experience is a welcome skill.6 to 10 years of relevant experience in Patient Engagement, Patient Value projects, Regulatory Affairs, Market Access or Commercial Excellence projects.Experience in a consultancy environment Network in the current healthcare ecosystemStrong health industry knowledge and/or experience working in a medical clinic or hospital environment.Strong skills in stakeholder management and business development, with the ability to enhance PwC's healthcare impact.Ability to combine specialist technical knowledge, strong analytical and problem-solving skills with consulting skills (project management, presentation and communication skills, etc.) while working directly with management and employees on the clients’ premises.You inspire and empower your team, you are motivated to grow continuously, you are client-focused and are committed to delivering high-quality work.Fluent in English, and Dutch and/or French. Expertise in different countries is valuable.
