Go-To-Market Lead, Risk and Compliance
Minimum qualifications: + Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. + 10 years of experience in management consulting, operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, or corporate advisory, or 8 years of experience with an advanced degree. + 5 years of experience working with executive stakeholders. + Experience with people management. Preferred qualifications: + Master’s or MBA or advanced degree. + Experience developing and delivering C-level communications and strategy operations. + Knowledge of compliance program management principles, risk assessment methodologies, and internal control frameworks. + Ability to clearly and concisely explain concepts and requirements to various audiences, ranging from technical teams to executives. + Excellent critical thinking, business judgment and problem-solving skills. + Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. The Product Area (PA) engagement will be the primary liaison between the Risk, Compliance and Integrity (RCI) team and PA/Functional teams, driving compliance, risk, and integrity program adoption via a seamless and simple interface to the enterprise. This function is focused on driving customer success (PA/Functions), and bringing the feedback of the customer into RCI to strengthen outcomes and deliver continual program improvement. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and building out a team that will develop an end-to-end product area engagement program across RCI and product area or functions globally. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $211,000-$297,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Learn more about benefits at Google. + Design and implement a comprehensive, end-to-end PA enablement strategy for RCI programs across all global PA/Functional teams. + Lead and develop a team across complexity, ambiguity, and functional differences. + Prioritize, gather, analyze customer success by understanding and addressing the needs of PA/Functional teams by translating customer feedback into actionable insights for RCI program enhancements. + Provide guidance and thought leadership to stakeholders, including executive leadership (Director), on strategy and go-to-market approaches. + Identify and address emerging issues and potential risks, proactively developing innovative solutions when established precedents are unavailable and break down ambiguous problems into manageable work streams, ensuring clear progress and accountability.
