Minimum qualifications:
+ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Technology, a related field or equivalent practical experience.
+ 5 years of experience in program or project management
Preferred qualifications:
+ Experience in working with teams and stakeholders across the APAC region.
+ Experience in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana).
+ Experience in direct or indirect business.
+ Experience in managing and delivering cross-functional programs for Business Teams.
+ Knowledge of Software-as-a-Service (SaaS)/Cloud Technology and Google Workspace, Business processes and best practices.
+ Excellent communication, presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.

In this role, you will work on Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy, Programs, and Campaigns. You will be driving pipeline development throughout the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region.Google Cloud accelerates every organization’s ability to digitally transform its business and industry. + Drive campaign management, coordinate and localize programs with cross-functional teams (e.g., Business, Marketing, Product, Engineering, Operations) in APAC and globally.
+ Build relationships with stakeholders, communicate program status, risks, and dependencies; gather feedback.
+ Define Key Performance Indicators, track program performance, analyze results using tools like SQL, support dashboard creation to evaluate strategy and identify improvements.
+ Understand APAC market landscape (e.g., practices, participants), tailor programs to regional needs and organize enablement.
+ Collaborate with APAC Business leadership, design, build, execute, and track new business and growth programs to generate and progress pipelines.
