GMP Equalisation Implementation Process Lead Do you have the skills needed to drive process improvements in complex system implementation work? We are looking for a driven individual to join our Data Solutions Team, within Aon’s UK Retirement business. This is a team which brings together specialists from across our business to deliver project work for clients. This is a hybrid role with the ability to work from one of our UK offices, including Birmingham, Sheffield or Glasgow. What the day will look like + Work with others to understand the existing processes and constraints in relation to implementing GMP equalisation onto the pensions administration system + Identify and implement process improvements that will improve quality or efficiency – covering all areas such as quality controls, automation, resource allocation and process definition + Oversee the production of relevant process documentation and training + Win support for your improvement proposals with relevant stakeholders and the team carrying out the work + Oversee the execution of changes in this area, working with others (including workstream leads, technology teams, operations leadership and individuals performing the day-to-day work) Over time this role is expected to evolve into overseeing other process improvement initiatives, including the evolution of the team into new growth areas.
