Job Description SummaryThe Cleaner will work under the supervision of the Custodial Manager or Supervisor and perform a variety of custodial duties for C&W Services. Such duties shall be in accordance with established standards, instructions, and procedures of C&W Services.Job Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

All SOPs must be followedPerforms daily and periodic tasks in assigned areas as directedMaintains a neat and orderly work area, including janitorial closets and storage areasPerforms all cleaning assignments in accordance with C&W’s approved procedures.Maintains cleaning equipment in good working condition, and notifies the Manager or Supervisor if repair or replacement is necessaryMaintains appropriate supply levels in assigned janitorial closets and storage areasWorks safely at all times and promptly informs management about unsafe conditions existing in the work areaWears personal protective equipment appropriate for the task being performedMeets all customer and C&W Services quality expectations in assigned tasks.Assists in orientation and training for new employees as directedAdheres to proper security proceduresNotifies management about problems or opportunities that affect service to the customerPerforms other cleaning-related duties as required

Qualification

Manufacturing cleaning responsibilities require 2-3 years previous experienceAdvanced skills, such as hard floor and carpet maintenance, require six months to one year of experienceAbility to speak and read English is a plus and may be required by some customersMust be able to take direction, to work with minimal supervision, and to function cooperatively as part of a teamRequires attention to detail, a pride in delivering excellent service, organization, and high levels of energy and endurance
