The core responsibility of this role is to craft compelling communication materials, managing external communication channels, and supporting the organization's reputation management efforts. This role develops and nurtures the relationships between the organization, members of the media and the public and relies on exceptional writing and public speaking skills to represent the company across various media platforms. **Key responsibilities:** + Advertises company product and / or services on a variety of media, especially social networks + Coordinates company's promotional materials design and also distributes it via various appropriate channels + Networks with potential clients and industry experts for increasing brand awareness + Joins online platforms and social media groups for discussing industry trending topics + Writes and edits engaging content, including press releases, articles, speeches, and other communication materials for various platforms. + Builds and maintains relationships with journalists, editors, and media outlets to secure positive media coverage and manage crisis communication. + Develops and implements internal communication plans, ensuring consistent messaging and keeping employees informed and engaged. + Manages external communication channels, including company website, social media, and email newsletters, to engage stakeholders. + Collaborates with cross-functional teams to communicate with key stakeholders, including investors, clients, partners, and the general public. + Monitors and respond to online and offline conversations, safeguarding company's reputation and addressing potential issues. + Assists in developing crisis communication plans and protocols and provide timely communication during crises to minimize reputational impact. + Supports the planning and execution of global communication events, campaigns, and product launches. + Measures the effectiveness of communication campaigns and initiatives using data and insights to inform future strategies. + Performs any other related activity as required. **To thrive in this role, you need to have:** + Seasoned ability to effectively plan and organize and work under pressure. + Ability to proactively find solutions to problems. + Ability to build rapport and engage effectively with a variety of stakeholders. + Seasoned knowledge of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) principles. + Seasoned proficiency in English and exceptional presentation skills. + Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to create clear, compelling, and accurate content. + A keen eye for detail. + Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines. + Seasoned understanding of various communication channels, including digital, social media, and traditional media. + Seasoned proficiency in using communication tools, analytics, and metrics to measure and optimize communication efforts. + Collaborative nature with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams and culture. + Strategic thinking, problem-solving abilities, and a results-driven mindset. + Multilingual skills and familiarity with cultural nuances for managing global communications are advantageous. **Academic qualifications and certifications:** + Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing or Public Relations or related field. + Relevant certification(s) required. **Required experience:** + Seasoned demonstrated experience gained within a similar role within a global IT services organization. + Seasoned demonstrated experience working with MS Office. + Seasoned demonstrated experience working with a content management tool, for example WordPress. + Seasoned demonstrated experience with B2C and B2B marketing campaigns. + Seasoned demonstrated experience with social media marketing. + Seasoned experience in media relations, crisis communication, and issues management. **Workplace type** **:** Remote Working **About NTT DATA** NTT DATA is a $30+ billion trusted global innovator of business and technology services.
