Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree: Finance, Business Administration, Bachelor of Commerce all administrative and Industrial Engineer.

-Required experience: more than 3 years (Desirable)

- This position requires to travel at least 60% of the time & US Visa is required

-English Level: Advanced.

- Key Skills: strong communication and negotiation skills, time management, product knowledge, problem solving

Preferred Qualifications:

-Advance PBI 

-Excel skills

Responsibilities:

-Act as the main point of contact between GM and GMCC dealers, fostering strong and collaborative relationships.-Provide mentorship to ensure monthly and annual sales targets are met.Support BDC activities-Monitor Customer Satisfaction Index (NPS) and other customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.-Support product launches by coordinating optimized marketing and advertising strategies between GM and dealers.-Build and maintain strong business relationships with key stakeholders and investors.-Oversee dealership staff training and ensure compliance with GM’s training standards and performance objectives.-Inventory Management             -Planning and Tracking Report (Carflow, ordering, i.e)-Assist with inventory management, including vehicle ordering, and help stabilize inventory levels.-Serve as the key point of contact between dealers and GM’s logistics team to support vehicle shipments, delivery timelines (Lead Times) and contractual terms.-Analyze dealership sales performance, local market trends, and competitive landscape to identify revenue growth opportunities.-Drive increased sales of GM vehicles to customers across the region.Support customer issue resolution in collaboration with dealers and internal teams.-Documentation (Action plan and Minutes)
