The Global Medical Omnichannel End-to-End Engagement Lead is responsible for contributing to developing and executing a comprehensive omnichannel strategy that enhances the engagement of healthcare professionals (HCPs) and stakeholders across various digital and traditional channels. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, including marketing, IT, and medical affairs, to ensure a seamless and integrated approach to customer engagement. By leveraging data-driven insights and predictive analytics, the Engagement Lead will optimize the delivery of personalized and relevant content, ultimately improving the overall customer experience and driving better patient outcomes.

In this role, the Engagement Lead will oversee the implementation of innovative digital tools and platforms that facilitate effective communication and interaction with HCPs. This includes managing the integration of customer relationship management (CRM) systems, mobile applications, and other digital channels to create a cohesive and efficient engagement ecosystem. The Engagement Lead will also be responsible for monitoring and analyzing engagement metrics to continuously refine and enhance the omnichannel strategy, ensuring that it aligns with the evolving needs and preferences of HCPs.

Furthermore, the Global Medical Omnichannel End-to-End Engagement Lead will play a pivotal role in fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence within the organization. By working closely with various departments and stakeholders, the Engagement Lead will drive the adoption of best practices and innovative approaches to omnichannel engagement. This role will also involve providing strategic guidance and support to regional teams, ensuring that the global omnichannel strategy is effectively implemented and adapted to local market conditions.

Duties & Responsibilities Leads the strategic development and global governance of GMA Medical Omnichannel capabilities and related services.Creates, manages, and evolves Medical Omnichannel Development Plan templates that can be used in ICP creation to deploy Medical Omnichannel strategies in market development.Contributes to the development and implementation Omnichannel Strategy: Creates and executes a comprehensive omnichannel engagement strategy that integrates digital and traditional channels to enhance healthcare professional (HCP) and stakeholder engagement.Drives the continuous improvement and innovation of capabilities reporting into the team and the delivery of services according to OLAs globally.Oversees compliance of processes and services with global medical requirements and impacts.Strategically manages and develops the human capital in the team to achieve excellence in performance, organizational flexibility, diversity, succession planning, coaching, change management, and personal growth.Defines and manages the global medical omnichannel data strategy with GMA Data Excellence, ensuring data-driven personalization and compliance with global data privacy regulations.Manages global medical communications capabilities as assigned, strategizes and builds frameworks for global medical campaigns, and oversees innovation on medical apps and digital assets.Requirements Bachelor´s Degree in Business, Health Sciences (e.g. Pharmacy, Medicine or Biology) or equivalent work experience required; an advanced degree (Masters, PhD, or PharmD is preferred).Seven-plus (7+) years’ experience leading people, initiatives, or projects in a cross collaborative environment.Seven-plus (7+) years’ experience in Medical Affairs, Medical Affairs, Excellence, and/or Medical Omnichannel development.Ability to negotiate and influence across a matrix & cross-functional organization.Language: Fluency in oral and written English/further language skills would be an asset.Strong project and process management skills, experience leading project teams and developing business cases, plans, scope definition and presentations.Experience in customer-facing and /or medical excellence initiatives.Experience in change management, including communication, training and support, leadership engagement and change network management.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Strong results orientation.Ability to work independently.Observation, interviewing, and listening skills.


Eligibility Requirements:

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without restriction.Must be willing to take a drug test and post-offer physical (if required).Must be 18 years of age or older.Compensation

This position offers a base salary typically between $170,000 and $269,000. The position may be eligible for a role specific variable or performance-based bonus and or other compensation elements.  For an overview of our benefits please click here.
