The General Manager, Global Supply Chain will champion the development and execution of a robust, globally harmonized Supply Chain Team process that fuels smarter forecasting, enabled by agile decision-making, and cross-functional alignment. By embedding planning as a core strategic function, the GM, Global Supply Chain ensures optimal inventory management, distribution, warehousing, logistics, delivery & installation operations to increase market share and deliver profitable growth. This role leads the global supply chain function and oversees and collaborates with a network of in-market supply chain teams. The GM, Global Supply Chain plays a central role in driving a world-class end to end supply chain experience for all markets. This includes finished goods and spare parts, seamlessly spanning manufacturing, warehousing, retail, builder, and ecommerce channels – all aligned with and reinforcing the Fisher & Paykel brand promise. The GM, Global Supply Chain defines and executes a future-focused strategy that positions the supply chain as a sustainable, competitive advantage. By fostering a culture of continuous improvement, predictive analytics, and end-to-end visibility, accelerating speed-to-market, reducing complexity, and delivering differentiated customer value.
Your Scope
Strategic & Operational Excellence
Proven ability to lead end-to-end global supply chain strategy and execution.
Strong commercial acumen with a track record of improving key metrics (e.g., E2E cost, DIFOT, forecast accuracy, inventory).
