Responsible for achieving high quality results in the conversion of printed and cut finished cartons. This role will lead the day-to-day delivery of production on their line and support the successful conversion of materials into high quality finished packaging solutions for our internal and external customers. 

Accountabilities:

Set up the machine to the standard required in preparation for the conversion or embellishment (make ready)Assess product for meeting quality standards, undertake quality checksOperate a gluing machine to meet quality and productivity requirementsMonitor machine operation to ensure continuous runningConduct routine maintenance in accordance with the Daily Equipment Care checklistReview workload to ensure all preparation work is managed in a timely manner to ensure continuous running of the machineAssist in cross training other staff where applicableCoordinate and liaise with offsider to ensure jobs are prepped
