Position: Gluing Offsider
Shifts Available: Day Shift 6:00 AM - 2:23PM / Monday to Friday (Full-time)
Rate: $26.61
Location: North Richmond, NSW, Australia
Role Purpose:
The purpose / objective of this position is to assist the Gluing operator to achieve high quality results in the conversion of printed and cut finished cartons. The role will support the day-to-day delivery of production on the line in either feeding, packing or palletizing.
ACCOUNTABILITIES
Assist Operator with the setup of the machine to the standard required in preparation for the conversion or embellishment (make ready)Assess product for meeting quality standards, undertake quality checksAssist the Operator with the gluing machine to ensure quality and productivity requirements are metConduct routine maintenance with the operator in accordance with the Daily Equipment Care checklistReview workload with the operator to ensure all preparation work is managed in a timely manner to ensure continuous running of the machineResponsible for housekeeping within department in accordance with GMP Policy and Audits.Assist in cross training other staff where applicableCoordinate and liaise with operator to ensure jobs are prepped

EXPERIENCE:
1+ years’ experience in a manufacturing or warehousing environment.Physically fit and able.
