Minimum qualifications:
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
+ 8 years of experience in vendor strategy and operations, either in vendor management (working at the client) or in vendor delivery (working at the supplier).
+ Experience in change management in a changing environment requiring deadline-driven focus and productivity.
+ Experience with data spreadsheets, SQL, or Looker.
Preferred qualifications:
+ Experience in executing operational initiatives within a global team.
+ Experience in Enterprise/B2B support delivery models or offshore delivery models, operational efficiency transformation, or management/ops consulting.
+ Knowledge of technologies and leveraging GenAI tools in your day-to-day to enhance the quality deliverables.
+ Ability to influence without direct authority, to drive change at all levels within an organization, and to build working relationships.

In this role, you will partner with all Cloud teams in Support, Learning, Sales and Engineering to set up new vendor engagements and improve existing ones. Google Cloud is a growing business with continuously evolving needs.

+ Identify operational gaps using a data-driven approach and develop innovative solutions to address these in collaboration with vendor sites and business stakeholders.
+ Understand processes which impact the operation (ie. contracting, finances, capacity, workflows, etc.) and support the relevant stakeholders driving these efforts.
+ Act as the escalation poc for internal and external escalations regarding performance or supplier relationships.
+ Collaborate with executive stakeholders across a, global organization, and execute operational initiatives. Co-create with suppliers to deliver innovative solutions and tools improve customer experience and service delivery.
+ Oversee the vendor network distributed across different sites or products. Own and manage the relationship with vendor service providers, own service delivery performance, partner with suppliers to ensure quality output and customer outcomes.
