**Your main tasks and responsibilities:**
**Concur Expense Management**
+ Serve as the global administrator for SAP Concur Expense and Travel platforms.
+ Manage global configuration, policy alignment, system upgrades, and integrations with financial systems (e.g., ERP systems like SAP, Oracle).
+ Lead the implementation of enhancements and new modules, ensuring regional needs are addressed.
+ Provide ongoing support and training to employees and stakeholders across regions.
+ Analyze T&E data and trends to drive cost savings, compliance, and process improvements.
+ Ensure Concur platform is aligned with internal travel & expense policies and regulatory requirements globally.
**Corporate Credit Card Program Management**
+ Manage end-to-end operations of the global corporate credit card program, including card issuance, user management, and vendor relationships.
+ Develop and enforce policies and procedures for card usage, reconciliation, and reporting.
+ Oversee integration between credit card feeds and SAP Concur, ensuring timely and accurate data flow.
+ Monitor cardholder compliance and resolve exceptions and escalations.
+ Partner with Finance, Accounting, Internal Audit, and Procurement to ensure robust internal controls and risk mitigation.
**Program Strategy and Governance**
+ Develop and maintain global T&E and corporate card governance frameworks.
+ Lead global initiatives to harmonize processes and ensure consistent policy enforcement.
+ Regularly assess and benchmark program performance against industry standards and best practices.
+ Prepare reports and dashboards for senior leadership on program KPIs, trends, and recommendations.
**To succeed in this role, you will need:**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
+ 5–8 years of experience in T&E management, SAP Concur administration, and/or corporate card program oversight in a global environment.
+ Strong understanding of global expense policies, audit and compliance, and financial reconciliation processes.
+ Proficiency in SAP Concur administration and reporting tools.
+ Experience managing vendor relationships, especially with credit card providers.
+ Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
