Your responsibilities:
Further develop global Transfer Pricing Guidelines as well as the Masterfile and Local File templates.
Prepare legally required transfer pricing documentation.
Support national and international projects in the area of Transfer Pricing.
Collaborate closely with Controlling to develop and implement Transfer Pricing systems for services and goods deliveries across business units.
Participate in business reorganizations, cross-border business transfer projects as well as new business models and investments.
Support local tax functions and the Tax Audit & Controversy function in Transfer Pricing audits.
Contribute to the initiation of Advance Pricing Agreements (APAs) and Mutual Agreement Procedures (MAPs).
Act as a Business Partner for operational TP Controllers in the regions/countries and selected global functions.
Proactively monitor national and international legislative changes in the area of Transfer Pricing.
Our requirements:
Successfully completed studies in business administration or law.
Several years of professional experience in a similar position in an international group of companies or with an auditing/tax consultancy firm.
Certified tax advisor in Germany or comparable exam abroad would be an advantage.
Very good knowledge of German and/or international tax law.
Strong analytical thinking and ability to understand complex interrelationships.
Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working combined with strong teamwork skills.
Very good computer application skills (MS Office).
Project management skills and experience in a multinational environment.
Fluent English (written and spoken); other languages are a plus.
