Job OverviewThe C10 - Operations Readiness Lead for the Trade Transformation team plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless implementation and adoption of strategic initiatives within Citi's Global Trade & Working Capital business. This role involves foremost efforts to prepare operations for new products training to train internal and external stakeholders, active participation in processes, and technology enhancements, driving efficiency, and contributing to the overall strategic objectives of the Trade Transformation roadmap. The successful candidate will leverage strong analytical capabilities and communication skills to bridge strategic vision with operational execution, ensuring our global operations are robust, efficient, and future-ready.
This role requires passion to understand system changes and new capabilities and tie them to operations processes by creating training materials and providing trainings to operations teams. Focus on BoW to coordinate, track, and drive system Sanity and PVT.
The role requires providing visibility to senior management on the changes and corresponding commercialization and realization of ROI.

Proficient in using analytical tools and methodologies for problem-solving and process optimization.Highly Effective PowerPoint Presentation Skills: Demonstrated ability to create clear, compelling, and executive-level presentations that effectively communicate complex ideas, project progress, and strategic recommendations to diverse audiences, including senior management.Excellent Written and Oral Communication Skills: Superior ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely, both in written documentation and verbal discussions.Outstanding Command over English: Native or near-native fluency in English, with impeccable grammar, spelling, and vocabulary, essential for global communication and documentation.Self-Starter and Self-Motivated: Proactive, independent, and capable of taking initiative with minimal supervision. Demonstrates strong ownership and accountability for outcomes.Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels.Solid understanding of change management principles and their application in large-scale transformations.Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Confluence) and methodologies.
