The Global Trade Organization, within the Risk Management, Trust and Safety (RTS) group of MBO is responsible for export controls and sanctions compliance for Microsoft’s products, services, and technology. The team owns and manages trade compliance processes, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations and provides trade subject matter expertise internally and externally.
This role will proactively plan to address immediate Trade related regulatory updates, compliance needs for changing regulations, and build longer-term measures. You will take a strategic view in driving beyond the day to day and help to build a robust plan for today, and for tomorrow while implementing and driving for continuous improvement and leveraging AI in processes to pave the way for innovation and growth by setting standards and priorities.
