Global Trade and Logistics Enablement Manager

As the Global Trade and Logistics Enablement Manager, you’ll play a key role in shaping and executing strategic initiatives that drive the evolution of Best Buy’s Global Logistics and Trade operations. You’ll collaborate with teams and stakeholders to solve complex business problems, design innovative solutions, and deliver measurable results. This is an exciting opportunity to influence the future of our supply chain strategy while working in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.
This role is hybrid, requiring some days on-site at a Best Buy location and others working virtually. Specific arrangements will be discussed during the hiring process.
What you’ll do
Support development and execution of supply chain strategiesRepresent the business in defining needs and delivering solutionsMonitor program timelines and proactively resolve risksBuild tools and dashboards to track initiative performanceLead communication rhythms across teams and leadership levels
Basic qualifications
5+ years in supply chain, transportation, retail, or related field2+ years in consulting or multi-channel retailStrong analytical and communication skillsAbility to communicate complex business ideas across broad audience ranges
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred qualifications
6+ years in supply chain, retail, or related area2+ years at manager level in a global consumer-oriented businessExperience leading cross-functional initiativesAdvanced understanding of supply chain principlesStrategy development and team leadership experience
