Global Trade Analyst II – Data/Product Tech (FTA Content )

We are looking for someone who excels in research, analytical thinking, has good technical skills, and is interested in designing and implementing direct filing solutions for various customs agencies to join Thomson Reuters’ highly skilled workforce.

About the role:

Execute and Optimize Complex Queries: Design and implement sophisticated database queries to extract precise client partner data criteria, supporting strategic decision-making and client solutions.Manage Critical Content Infrastructure: Maintain data integrity across content tables through systematic updates and quality control processes, ensuring accuracy and reliability of client-facing information.Lead Technical Issue Resolution: Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve KT_FTA tickets with a methodical approach, applying technical expertise to maintain system performance and client satisfaction.Bridge Technical Teams as Cross-functional Liaison: Serve as the essential connection point between Customer Support/Professional Services and FTA Content/Development teams, translating technical requirements and business needs across departments.Drive Development Insights: Actively participate in Development meetings to anticipate system changes, contribute technical perspective, and align content strategies with upcoming platform enhancements.Ensure Solution Quality: Conduct comprehensive testing of FTA rules and manage test partner data environments (2297 FTA), validating functionality and performance before production deployment.Global Trade Content Analyst team across Thomson Reuters’ office location.Technical /Professional Skills & Competencies:Essential Skills: Moderate to Advanced Level SQL capabilitiesRelated Computer SkillsInterpersonal/ Verbal Communication SkillAttention to DetailsTeamworkDesired Skills: Multilingual other than EnglishInterpret the legal languageKnowledge of FTAs & the OSGT FTA Product, a plus
