Global Tender Pricing Manager

Global Tender Price Co-ordination\:

• Be the Global Pricing SPOC for all multi-region opportunities

• Facilitate structured and comprehensive approach to each global opportunity leveraging CPP process (stages & gates)

•Coordination with commercial lead to understand the opportunity (Overall strategy, GTM, Offer scope, Geo-scope, Pricing Strategy….)

• Coordination with Pricing Execution Managers to obtain competitive discount / net price for opportunity, supported by gross margin calculations

• Gros Margin computation/analysis preparation for new and existing(renewal) long term pricing accounts.

• Escalation of Pricing proposal for approval per delegation of authority with clear and concise synopsis of the opportunity, summarizing all inputs from different stakeholders (legal, SRM, commercial, channel, finance...)

•Administrative part of the tenders (contract pricing tracker, lifecycle management – e.g. monitoring of implementation in local tools price revisions / expiries…)

 

Global Tender Pipeline & Performance Tracking\:

•Support on long term agreements Playbook & Sales Contract tool deployment

•Ensure tenders follow-up via pipeline reviews, escalating issues when needed to appropriate function or management level

•Build Pricing Strategy on Key/Strategic Accounts in collaboration with commercial lead

•Build/ Improve dashboard to follow main KPIs (e.g. # of tenders, SLA, hit rates, status…)
