About the Job We’re looking for a strategic, collaborative, and results-driven Global Technology Partner Program Manager to own the development of our partner ecosystem. This is a newly created role with high visibility and impact—ideal for someone who thrives in building programs from the ground up. You’ll own the technology partner strategy, relationship management, and revenue outcomes. Your work will directly impact our growth and innovation, as you collaborate across teams and engage with executive leadership.
What You Will Do • Lead Partner Strategy: Build and scale a global framework for technology partnerships, from sourcing and onboarding to long-term growth. • Develop Ecosystem Roadmap: Identify high-impact partners, develop business plans, and build financial models that deliver mutual value. • Define Success: Establish KPIs and launch proof-of-concept initiatives to validate partner solutions with customers. • Strengthen Relationships: Build trust and alignment with partners to support shared goals and long-term success. • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with teams across Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Legal, Cybersecurity, and Procurement to deliver coordinated solutions. • Drive Results: Monitor performance, lead strategic reviews, and communicate program impact to senior leadership.
What you need • 10+ years of proven experience in partner management, product management, or business development. • Solid ability to build business cases and negotiate with executive-level partners. • Strong discernment and a product-oriented approach; technical background is a plus. • Strong communication and relationship-building skills. • Experience managing complex partnerships and delivering measurable results. • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving initiatives independently. • Willingness and ability to travel up to 20% domestically; international travel may be required.

The pay range for this position is $126,980 - $217,680 annually with a target incentive of 15% of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
