As a Global Technical Performance Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effectiveness of our Service delivery processes. Your responsibilities will span various areas, including enabling operational excellence, regulatory compliance, performance oversight, and optimizing service processes.
This position reports to the Sr. Manager, Service Technology Diagnostics, and is part of the Global Service Support and Development team located in Concord, Ontario, Canada and will be an on-site role.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Participate in responsibilities, influence and emphasize the importance of the Service Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Monitoring and reporting, maintaining accurate databases, standardization, statistical analysis & tools, process improvement, ensuring data quality compliance and leveraging data-driven decision-making.Collaborate with geographically distributed, high-performing team, with varying technical backgrounds and skills to proactively optimize service metrics and achieve organizational goals.The essential requirements of the job include:
Bachelor of Science Degree, or higher, in Information Science, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or equivalent science/technology related discipline with 3+ years working experience with traditional databases, such as MS SQL, MySQL, visualization tools such as PowerBI and building data science models with Python including joining, cleaning and reporting data.Ability to establish and track existing or new key performance indicators (KPIs) KPI and reporting relevant to customer satisfaction and service performance, efficiency, growth equations. Communication of performance to key stakeholders, highlighting successes and addressing any deviations from the plan.Conduct statistical analyses and standardization methods to evaluate operational performance, identify patterns, outliers, and areas for improvement. Lead investigative and collaborative efforts with other technical subject matter experts to determine probable root causes of performance gaps, deviations from the plan and support rollout and tracking effectiveness of the corrective actions.Ensure compliance with relevant standards, specifications, and regulations related to data quality and usage. Proactively identify opportunities for process optimization and performance testing based on data analysis.Initiate and support development, evaluation, and implementation of new data strategies, innovative tools and digital solutions to improve overall generation, collection, analysis, and reporting of quality data to improve service operational performance.Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:
Ability to travel –5%, overnight, within Canada and United States.Must have a valid passportIt would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
