Global Tech Services Senior Manager

The Global Tech Services Senior Manager drives the efficient and high-quality operation of Tech Services across multiple assigned sites or a large complex location. This position develops and maintains IT-related tech services for multiple Ashley locations, providing both technical and strategic direction for daily operational activities. The Sr. Manager collaborates with regional leadership to identify and implement cost-effective technology solutions. 

This position helps develop IT policies, procedures, and best practices while ensuring consistent execution across assigned locations.

Plan and direct IT operations across multiple sites or a large complex location to meet quality standards and business needs. Develop work requirements and goals within regional guidelines.  Analyze problems and formulate solutions that optimize operations across locations. Oversee multi-site tech services operations and infrastructure. Develop and standardize operational procedures across locations, oversee system testing, and ensure proper documentation. Establish monitoring protocols and lead major incident response efforts. Manage application lifecycle across multiple sites, providing direction for enhancements and upgrades. Develop and implement security processes and policies across assigned locations. Oversee security training programs and lead regional disaster recovery planning. Drive process improvements across multiple sites. Collaborate with other IT leaders to establish and implement best practices. Develop and implement standardized reporting processes. Present regular updates to regional leadership on operations, projects, and strategic initiatives. Align IT implementation plans with regional business strategies while ensuring global standards compliance. Manage regional vendor relationships and technology investment portfolio. Develop and maintain relationships with regional stakeholders to align IT initiatives with business objectives. Contribute to IT strategy development and provide recommendations to senior leadership. Evaluate emerging technologies and develop implementation strategies for regional adoption. Manage site managers and team leads, including organizational development and succession planning. Oversee resource allocation across multiple sites or teams.

Job Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science and/or Engineering preferred

Experience: 7 years’ experience in Information Systems in area of managed specialty (infrastructure, applications, operations, development)
Supervisory/Management experience
