What You'll Do
You will bring together the strategic thinking, ongoing governance and key change projects in Talent Acquisition (TA) across BCG worldwide – responsible for designing and executing strategic initiatives and leading our central governance rhythm to ensure we deliver excellence in TA at scale for BCG.
Your role will include our WW TA strategy and special projects, working on specific topics in partnership with functional TA leaders. This includes projects developed with local TA teams, our Global People Team as well as TA aspects of BCG Executive Committee led projects and can cover operating models, processes, worldwide frameworks or success tracking. You will take the lead on projects from inception and scoping through discovery and fact-finding to developing solutions, frameworks and how we measure success. You will engage our TA and cross-functional stakeholders for buy-in, decision making and actions to deliver. You will then partner closely with operational TA teams to hand-off projects for ongoing delivery, management and tracking.Future projects are to be determined but are likely to include future facing talent pools & career paths or supporting our digital enablement and product teams in assessments and portal development.
You will also take the lead on our WW TA governance, business reviews and communication, linking to our strategic agenda to ensure we have the most effective interactions with TA, People and Business leaders. This will include a review and refresh of existing WW TA governance cadence including stakeholders in TA, People and Business. You will maintain an overview of hot topics and key issues across stakeholders to ensure we have relevant agendas and materials for each interaction. You will also partner with our Global People and Employer Branding teams to ensure we have relevant, up to date competitor and market intelligence to bring into strategic discussions.

You’ll be part of BCG’s Global TA team, reporting into the Executive Director for Global TA. You will manage a team of two full time roles plus working students and at times, partner with consulting teams to deliver our strategic projects work. You also work closely with our TA, Tech and Analytics centres of excellence who provide delivery support to our team.
Our worldwide TA Senior Leadership Team, who manage operational TA teams across BCG regions, systems and business units, as well as interactions with the teams themselves.

Total compensation for this role includes base salary, annual discretionary performance bonus, retirement contribution, and a market leading benefits package described below.
The base salary range for this role in Boston is $173,000.00 - $224,333.33
This is an estimated range, however, specific base salaries within the range depend on various factors such as experience and skill set. It is not common for new BCG employees to be hired at the high-end of the salary range. BCG regularly reviews its ranges to ensure market competitiveness.
In addition to your base salary, your total compensation will include a bonus of up to 45% and a generous retirement contribution that starts at 10%.
