What You'll Do
Your focus will be solutioning with our worldwide Talent Acquisition (TA) teams – embedding efficient and effective business processes enabled by our TA tech stack. You will build deep understanding of BCG TA as well as external best practices to continually improve how our teams engage with candidates, hiring teams and leadership, and maximise tech adoption to deliver high quality, on time recruits across BCG.
Your scope will include processes throughout the candidate, recruiter and hiring manager journeys, including use of our core CRM and ATS platforms (eightfold and icims), our point solutions (those in use today and possible future ones) and AI. You will have a real passion for innovative solutioning to meet our demanding and changing business needs, advising and directly enabling our operational TA teams. You will also manage relationships across BCG WW to ensure positive collaboration, including expected short-term projects/pilots in screening / assessments, interviewer and candidate portals.

You’ll be part of BCG’s Global TA team, reporting into the Executive Director for Global TA. You will manage a team of five - three Process & Enablement Managers (PEMs), who support TA teams in our BCG regions and business units to share tool knowledge and solution to meet business requirements as well as two Solution Managers, who manage our point solutions for sourcing and assessments. We look to evolve the team to include specific support for TA innovation and use of AI, building out skills and tools to meet TA use cases worldwide, and leveraging both external vendor and internal AI knowledge and networks to support build vs buy decision making.
You’ll work closely with our Product Portfolio Senior Director, who manages our Product team and owns the TA Tech roadmap, budget & vendor management – to share TA requirements, support prioritization, governance and decision making and ensure all TA stakeholders are considered in roadmap planning.
You will also partner with our worldwide TA Senior Leadership Team, who manage operational TA teams across BCG regions, systems and business units, and have interactions with the teams themselves.

Total compensation for this role includes base salary, annual discretionary performance bonus, retirement contribution, and a market leading benefits package described below.
The base salary range for this role in Boston is $173,000.00 - $224,333.33
This is an estimated range, however, specific base salaries within the range depend on various factors such as experience and skill set. It is not common for new BCG employees to be hired at the high-end of the salary range. BCG regularly reviews its ranges to ensure market competitiveness.
In addition to your base salary, your total compensation will include a bonus of up to 45% and a generous retirement contribution that starts at 10%.
