**What you'll do...**
• TA Technology & HRIT Partnership: You'll own the critical relationship with Digital HR/HRIT, steering the TA technology roadmap and expertly overseeing all system and process changes.
• Global Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) Change Management: Take charge of managing the (ORC) change process as it impacts Talent Acquisition, ensuring seamless tracking and collaborative solution development.
• TA Technology Innovation: Champion the continuous optimization and innovation of our TA technology stack (including key platforms like Eightfold, ORC, Qualtrics), keeping Ford at the cutting edge of recruitment tech.
• Data & Analytics Strategy Execution: Define, own, and drive the global TA data and analytics strategy from concept to execution, transforming complex data into clear, actionable insights that refine our hiring strategies. Consolidate People data from multiple systems to develop comprehensive dashboards for Talent Acquisition, executives, and business leaders. Translate complex People data into meaningful insights to support decision-making on workforce planning, performance trends, retention, and more.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of TA operations and/or analytics professionals, fostering a culture of high performance, continuous learning, and innovation.
• Lead and manage cross-functional projects focused on improving TA operational effectiveness, process redesign, and the integration of new tools or systems.
**You'll have...**
+ Bachelor’s degree
+ 5+ years of experience with HRIS platforms
+ 2+ years in Visier or other analytics and visualization tools.
+ 5+ years leading HR system upgrades, implementations, and process improvements.
+ Ability to work cross-functionally with HR, IT, Finance, and external vendors to optimize HR technology and analytics.
**Even better, you may have...**
+ Direct experience with ORC or Eightfold
+ Solid understanding of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle and associated operational best practices.
+ Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
+ Demonstrated experience leading significant projects or programs, with a strong understanding of project management methodologies.
+ Experience managing direct reports in a global setting
+ Ability to work cross-functionally with HR, IT, Finance, and external vendors to optimize HR technology and analytics.
