Global Systems Training Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented Global Systems Training Coordinator to orchestrate and optimize systems training delivery across our international operations.  

 This role serves as the operational backbone of our systems training programs, ensuring seamless coordination of training initiatives. The ideal candidate combines strong project coordination skills with systems knowledge and a global mindset to support training excellence across diverse teams. 

 This position involves managing schedules, assisting with event logistics, tracking metrics, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations within the Global Systems Training group. 

You will 

Assist in the planning, execution, and tracking of Systems training programs, courses, and workshops. Ensure timely delivery of learning initiatives and support instructors or facilitators.  Coordinate logistics for in-person or virtual training sessions, including room bookings, technology setup, attendee communication, and materials preparation.  Manage the calendar and scheduling of Systems training events, sessions, and meetings. Partner with instructional designers, subject matter experts, and business leaders to align training priorities  Assist with the collection and analysis of training data, including attendance, feedback, and training effectiveness. Generate reports on training participation and impact for leadership.  Assist in managing the Learning Management System (LMS) by updating training records, editing attendance, and managing courses and curricula.  Serve as the primary point of contact for Systems training inquiries, registration, and technical support  Plan and organize internal learning events, such as workshops, webinars, conferences, and team-building exercises. Ensure all logistics are handled, including catering, speakers, and event technology. 

You bring 

Associate’s degree in Business Administration (or equivalent years of experience), Human Resources, Education, Systems, Engineering, or a related field.  2-3 years of experience in a coordinator, administrative, or support role, preferably within a Learning and Development or training environment.  Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and projects simultaneously.  Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook), and familiarity with Jira, Learning Management Systems (LMS) or training software.  Experience with training vendor management and procurement processes  Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, scaling environment where priorities shift quickly, delivering high-quality training solutions under tight deadlines while maintaining excellence standards in our exciting, high-growth organization.   At Lucid, we don’t just welcome diversity - we celebrate it!
