In this key position, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our supply planning function, contributing to the monthly S&OP Global Supply Review, Regional Supply Review, ES&OP and other regional and global meetings with a focus on providing analysis of supply plan volume changes, capacity constraints, inventory performance, delivery and forecasts. As the orchestrator of sophisticated reports and a key collaborator with IT and Global Supply Chain teams, you will champion data-driven decision-making by utilizing tools like Tableau. Power BI, Excel and others. Drive analytic visibility by actively contributing to the monthly S&OP Global Supply Review and Executive S&OP Meeting. Compile comprehensive meeting materials, conduct in-depth analysis of supply plan volume changes, review constraints, and communicate and collaborate on supply risks.

Spearhead the development and preparation of sophisticated reports by adeptly collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data from diverse sources. Collaborate with IT or Global Supply Chain teams to construct dynamic reporting structures using Tableau, Power BI, etc., ensuring insightful and actionable insights.

Collaborate closely with Region Supply teams to formulate annual by-month inventory plans, incorporating AOP inventory target settings. Facilitate the establishment and implementation of yearly inventory targets aligned with strategic business objectives. Drive the publication of global inventory updates within the S&OP process, offering a comprehensive overview of excess and obsolete inventory along with strategic action plans.

Participate in cross-functional projects within the supply planning domain, integrating project management skills to ensure successful implementation of strategic initiatives. Collaborate with internal teams to define project scopes, objectives, and timelines, utilizing project management tools and methodologies to drive efficiency and meet key milestones.
To Be Successful You Will Have:

Project management experience
•
Expertise in data analysis tools (Tableau, Excel, Power BI) and ERP systems (Oracle, Anaplan a plus).
•
Power Query, Power Pivot and advanced Excel required
•
Experience building dashboards, data exploration, and sourcing data.
•
Strong analytical skills translating data into actionable insights.
•
Scenario planning experience, creating comprehensive demand and supply reports.
•
Strategic mindset aligning supply planning with overall business objectives.
•
Strong organizational skills for managing priorities in a dynamic environment.
•
Proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges, committed to positive change.
•
Tableau Certified Professional a plus
