Are you a strategic thinker who thrives on solving complex challenges with data? At Avnet we’re looking for a Global Supply Demand Manager to help optimize supply and demand planning across regions. In this global role, you’ll work with teams around the world to deliver data-driven insights and improve operational performance.

About the Role

This is a high-impact, analytical role where you'll design dashboards, uncover trends, and turn data into meaningful strategies. You'll work across departments to support informed decision-making, ensure supply chain alignment, and strengthen forecasting accuracy across our global operations.

`What will you be doing?

Collect and analyze data from multiple sources to support global supply and demand planning.Create clear, insightful reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders.Identify trends and patterns to support continuous improvement across regions.Communicate data findings in a clear and accessible way to a variety of audiences.Build tools and templates to streamline data collection, visualization, and analysis.Conduct market and competitor analysis to support strategic business decisions.Contribute to the development of supply chain standards and process documentation.Participate in or lead global projects that enhance business intelligence capabilities.May participate or lead project teams.

What about you?

Several years’ experience in supply chain, demand planning, data analysis, or a related area.Extensive knowledge and application of supply chain principles, theories and concepts.Complete knowledge of all job functions and the broad industry best practices, techniques and standards.Proficiency in analytical tools and business intelligence platforms.Strong problem-solving abilities with a detail-oriented mindset.Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.Experience working independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Comfortable communicating with stakeholders at all levels.A degree in a relevant field (or equivalent experience).Openness to occasional travel if required by the role.
