The Supply Chain Network Design Specialist will be responsible for the analysis, design, and development of optimized Supply Chain distribution models (DC footprint, Regional/Interregional flows and distribution strategies), working cross-functionally with Regional Supply Chain teams and other involved functions, contributing to build efficient and effective Supply chain flows. This individual will serve as a primary contributor to achieving DF30 objectives, focusing on enhancing customer service and optimizing supply chain costs.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Regional Supply Chain teams and other functional dept such finance, ICT, and purchasing to assess strength and weakness of current Regional Distribution models in place Support Regions in the identification, design and implementation of solutions to optimize footprint and logistic flows aiming to increase effectiveness (performance to customer) and efficiency (cost reduction) Ensure the coherence of the Regional Supply Chain initiatives with the Global guidelines and DF 2030 targets Provide insights and Global best practice reports on network coverage, quality, and satisfaction levels, with a clear focus on actionable outcomes. Lead the communication and presentation of solutions and initiatives to Global leadership and key stakeholders.Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Economics, Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, or a related field 5+ years of work experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Network Design, or similar fieldPreferred Qualifications:
