You will work cross-functionally to develop innovative, responsive, and sustainable supply chain solutions that enable high quality and helpful products developed in partnership with our Engineering teams. You will use your industry knowledge and strategic supplier relationships to optimize our total cost of ownership for our global supply chain, develop should cost models and manage supply chain risk through all phases of product development in support of our quickly growing Google hardware business. Manage overall Mechanical material spend and related capital investments, develop and execute global supply chain strategies. + Manage suppliers to ensure production readiness, assurance of supply, and overall quality in support of NPI builds and sustaining operations. + Drive close partnerships with internal partners including Engineering, Marketing, and Operations to drive innovative, cost effective, and high quality solutions that support our overall product launch and sustainability goals. + Manage supply chain risk while creating flexible and responsive supply chain solutions. Drive cost reductions with should cost model and influence partners for cost effective supply chain solutions.
