The Global Supply Chain Leader is an meaningful senior leader within OTT HydroMet and an integral part of the OTT Hydromet extended Global Operations Leadership Team. You will report to the COO and work cross effectively with other Global functions incl. Sales, Marketing and Finance.
This position is part of the Global Supply Chain Team, will be located in Delft or Fellbach and will be on-site.

**In this role, a typical day will look like:**
+ Develop and execute global supply chain strategies to support business objectives, including procurement, logistics, demand planning, inventory management, and distribution. Implement best-in-class VES practices and ERP System tools to improve visibility, efficiency, and decision-making.
+ Collaborate cross-functionally with Manufacturing, Marketing, Sales, Finance, and IT to define and implement standard supply chain (planning) processes across all sites utilizing One Global ERP System.
+ Define the cross functional Global integrated PSI process and lead monthly cross functional PSI meetings, incl Sales / Marketing, Operations, Engineering, Sourcing and Finance, to align demand and supply to deliver Delivery, Inventory and Revenue Forecast goals.
+ Deploy Syteline Integrated Supply Team planning process incl customer T&C’s (Delivery data, pre-payments, LC’s etc) with Project Leaders to pro actively prepare smooth process execution to meet Delivery and Inventory objective.
+ Support CSS teams to align Customer Order planning execution to meet monthly PSI plan
+ Coordinate between Marketing, Procurement and Operations the Portfolio planning and impact on Raw Materials and Finished Goods Phase in and -out planning (incl End Of Life) .
+ Monitor and mitigate Global supply chain risks including geopolitical, economic (import Tariff), and regulatory changes and define and lead Counter Measures to mitigate risks.
**The essential requirements of the job include:**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, APICS, Business, Engineering, or related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
+ Experience in supply chain software and ERP systems (Infor LN, SAP), digital supply chain transformation and Global ERP (Syteline) or Industry 4.0 technologies.
+ 10+ years of progressive experience in global supply chain roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
+ Proven track record of leading global teams and driving transformational change.
+ Deep knowledge of international trade regulations, logistics, sourcing, and compliance.
+ Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
