As the first point of contact, you will ensure effective and timely order fulfilment and deployment of all ADC products from our manufacturing sites and third-party manufacturing sites to affiliates. Your role will support project management and process administration, ensuring timely, accurate, and efficient order management and deployment to meet business and customer requirements. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** In this role, you will ensure that all communications, interpersonal interactions, and behaviors are consistent with ADC core values and the Abbott Code of Conduct. You will be responsible for accurate and timely ERP system data entry and maintenance of orders in the system. Additionally, you will create relevant shipping documentation, including commercial invoice generation, advanced shipment notices (ASN’s), system-generated pick requests, and customs documents for all manufacturing and supply points in the ADC network to our customers. As the point of contact for all issues regarding shipping, distribution, order book management, and general supply of products to ADC global affiliates, you will coordinate shipments to affiliates and countries in conjunction with third-party freight forwarding partners. You will ensure that relevant documentation sent out with shipments is correct and kept up to date for audit purposes. Facilitating on-time delivery of orders, driving backorder and delinquent backlog issues to closure, and analyzing data and recommending solutions to back orders and/or low inventory supply allocations are key aspects of this role. You will participate and coordinate actions following demand management reviews by region, adhering to ADC SOPs and working with outsourcing partners to ensure that all ADC and partner SOPs and procedures are being followed pertaining to ADC order management and distribution. Ensuring processes are aligned to attain Global Supply Chain management goals and maintaining relationships with multiple global partners are essential responsibilities. Compliance with current ADC quality system, corporate, and regulatory requirements, as well as EHS regulations and Abbott standards, is crucial. You will adhere to EHS systems, programs, and procedures, being accountable for the health and safety of yourself and others and highlighting where improvements to EHS performance can be made. Timely completion of training records/status to ensure compliance with the ETMS/ISO training system is required. You will adhere to and ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, documentation, and training requirements. **ABOUT YOU:** You should have a relevant business qualification or an equivalent combination of education and work experience. A high standard of literacy and numeracy is essential. Experience in working in a supply chain/operations/procedurally controlled business environment, preferably in a fast-paced, global organization, is required. You should ideally have experience working with data, and deployment and order management within a manufacturing and commercial environment and working with multiple vendors/partners. Good computer skills, data analysis and knowledge of MS Office and ERP/CRM software packages are necessary.
