Global supply Analyst, Construction

We are currently seeking a Construction Global Supply Analyst to be located on-site at our Casa Grande, Arizona manufacturing facility, known as AMP-1.  The Construction Global Supply Analyst manages construction sourcing for all assigned projects and works with the Construction Global Supply Managers supporting various construction projects, processes and maintaining the construction timelines while procuring equipment, parts and service.

You Will:

Create and Manage supplier/contractor Purchase Orders for the Global Supply Chain Construction Arizona Organization Create RFQs, review, analyze and clarify quotations to enable developing sound sourcing decisions Work with contractors and Engineering to issue POs for Goods, Professional Services and Construction Services Onboard and develop a new supply base for Arizona Construction Manage supplier development and timelines and develop solutions to delays or problems that arise during the projects or with receipt of parts Assist purchasing and engineering teams with PO changes and updates.  Ensure contractors/suppliers are properly submitting purchase requests Interact with all levels of the company with routine administrative support. Assist cost controls with various aspects of current and prior projects including purchase order close out and review of project change orders. Support current Project Delta construction tasks as required: review of contractors RFI’s, supporting change order reviews, supporting reviews of contractors Additional activities may include project development with sustaining manufacturing, project management and project closeout activities.

 

You Bring:

Bachelor’s degree or in the process of completing a technical degree or supply chain disciplined degree. Equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of degree. Prior construction experience preferred. Open-minded self-starter with the ability to adapt, improvise and problem solve, as well as work independently on multiple tasks or projects Strong interpersonal skills with a high degree of resilience to deal with urgent requests, and minimal information.  Works well with various teams Excellent analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Passion for results, strategy, and hands on execution. Creative, calculated risk taker with the ability to manage complex suppliers and resolve disputes while preserving relationships with suppliers and internal staff Strong written and verbal skills as well as organizational and program management capabilities Proficiency in Excel, Project, Power Point, Word. ERP systems is a plus (SAP and COUPA) Ability to mitigate unforeseen problems creatively and effectively Please note this role is 100% onsite at our Casa Grande, AZ plant and does not offer a remote or hybrid option.      At Lucid, we don’t just welcome diversity - we celebrate it!
