Global Supplier Quality Administrator

About the role:

As a Global Supplier Quality (GSQ) Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the Global Supplier Quality team by managing supplier and material data, and ensuring compliance with quality standards. You will work in a dynamic, cross-functional environment, collaborating with internal teams to drive quality and efficiency in our supply chain.

 

Key responsibilities:

Support the daily handling of SRM requests, including pre-checks, approvals, and allocation to GSQ Analysts. Collect and analyze supplier and raw material data to ensure compliance with internal quality standards. Manage and follow up on sample shipments and analyses when required. Gather legal descriptions to ensure accurate product labeling. Administer raw material certificates, specifications, and supplier questionnaires. Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with HACCP, GMP, and food safety regulations.

 

About you:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Science, Biology, Chemistry, or a related field. 1-2 years of experience in a quality or R&D function (preferably in the food industry). Strong knowledge of HACCP, GMP, food safety, and food legislation (FSSC, ISO, BRC is a plus). Proficiency in Google Suite, Salesforce, SAP, and MS Office. Fluent English (both written and spoken), as it will be used daily in the role. Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and analytical mindset. Strong time management and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment with a collaborative mindset.
