Your future tasks will be…

 

On a daily basis:

 

Ensuring sufficient availability of IT devices in the global warehouses Early detection of possible stock shortages and initiation of proactive measures Order management: Initiation of pool ordering through to availability booking in the designated locations Implementation of new service products in advance of a delivery Daily monitoring of global inventories Comparison of daily goods movements between CC and partner systems Monitoring of throughput times in the respective storage locations at ticket level and taking measures in the event of overruns Ensuring that data between CC and partners is synchronised 100% and correctly Monitoring and comparison of current failure rates with the calculated failure rates Recognition of quality problems, derivation and implementation of corresponding improvement measures Invoice management: reconciliation of monthly costs at location level with the services incurred, taking into account the agreed payment targets (warehouse costs, handling costs) including clarification of differences Organisation and implementation of regular interface meetings from a technical responsibility Communication interface between external partners and internal CC areas Ensuring a prompt flow of information to all employees in the event of process changes, differences or escalations Initiating measures in the event of internal process deltas or missing information Active participation and/or independent organisation of team or project meetings Passing on knowledge standards and training and supporting new employees Support for internal projects to optimise / expand existing services Recognising process deltas and automating existing processes or work steps Change management Act in accordance with Computacenter Information Security Policies and report any potential or actual Security events or other security risks to the organisation.

 

 

You are ideal candidate if:

 

You have three years of specialised vocational training or studies (Bachelor) and professional experience of at least 3 years. You are fluent in English. You have professional experience or studies in a commercial or business management position. (at least 3 years of professional experience within the IT industry) You have very good analytical skills and a strong understanding of numbers as well as the preparation and presentation of data. You have high level of self-motivation and ability to work independently to realise individual or team-oriented objectives. You are able to make decisions and implement them quickly and sustainably. You have strong problem-solving skills and solution-orientated approach as well as entrepreneurial and process-orientated thinking and actions. You are highly reliable, a strong team player, resilient and flexible, even in stressful situations. You have very good experience in dealing with applications. (SAP, MS Office applications (esp. Excel PowerPoint, Access,) databases (Power BI) You have strong communication skills. (internal and external contacts at all levels) You have good time management and self-organisation. You are able to work in a structured manner even under pressure. You have a team-oriented mindset and work style, with experience in moderating, presenting, and motivating teams
