Lenovo is looking for a talented and passionate Global Staff Testing Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll collaborate with our top-notch Lenovo GE test engineering team in China and the Worldwide Quality team, playing a crucial part in ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency. **What You'll Do:** + **Optimize Testing Processes** : Ensure our test processes, fixtures, and equipment are running smoothly and efficiently. + **Innovate and Develop** : Design and develop cutting-edge test tools and scripts. + **Lead and Train** : Lead projects with EMS, develop new test processes, and train EMS Test Engineers. + **Troubleshoot and Analyze** : Conduct on-site troubleshooting for NPI and analyze issues to find effective solutions. + **Support and Improve** : Provide level-1 on-site support and drive product quality improvements. + **Collaborate and Implement** : Work with the EMS Function team to create and implement a Continuous Improvement Plan. **What We're Looking For:** + **Educational Background** : Bachelor's degree or above in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science and Technology, Automation, or related fields. + **Technical Skills** : Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python or C#) and basic knowledge of script commands (Windows PowerShell/CMD, EFI shell). + **Language Skills** : Preferable fluency in Chinese and Indonesian, with strong English reading skills. + **Expertise** : Extensive knowledge of PC testing, MES and production-related systems, NPI process, manufacturing process, and engineering technical solutions. **Additional Locations** : * Indonesia * Indonesia
