Job Summary:

 

Contribution to all key strategic and commercial decision-making and planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to drive long-term performance. Develop and maintain effective partnerships and relationships with remote finance teams and key stakeholders to ensure a deep understanding of expectations, demands, and internal processes. Financial control: oversee and manage the financial performance of the global business line, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Direct responsibility for the P&L; perform month end activities to ensure completeness and correctness of management reporting. Performance Analysis: monitor and analyze key financial metrics and cost drivers, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to senior management. Actively look for ways to challenge costs that are incurred in the service organization. Internal Controls: ensure compliance with internal controls, financial policies, and regulatory requirements across all regions. Stakeholder Communication and Reporting: daily contact with executives across the service organization to ensure the financial impact of decisions are fully understood. Communicate financial performance and strategic initiatives to key stakeholders, including senior management and board members. Collaboration: work closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, marketing, and sales, to align financial strategies with business objectives. Recognize problems, look proactively for solutions and implement them, and drive business performance.

 

Job Responsibilities:

 

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, accounting, or a related field. A master’s degree or professional financial certification (e.g., ACCA/CIMA/CFA) will be an advantage. Minimum of 8 years of experience in financial controlling, with a minimum of 3 years of focus on global operations and business line control. Very good IFRS knowledge with application experience. Fluent in English Proven track record of business partnering. Ability to influence senior management to consider key financial issues within the business. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand and deal with complex issues and complications and implement practical and innovative solutions to problems. Excellent business orientation, with an understanding of key drivers, issues, constraints etc. of the business. Proficiency in financial software and systems, including ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a strong focus on achieving results. Ethical Standards: High level of integrity and ethical standards, with a commitment to transparency and accountability.
