**The Role:**
As a Global Sourcing Manager you will be responsible for executing procurement processes including category management, sourcing strategy, negotiations, contracting, and supplier performance/relationship management.

In this role you will
+ Develop and implement sourcing strategies that align with the company’s overall goals and objective
+ Be responsible of sourcing & procurement for EE components
+ Be responsible for supplier management, price negotiation and cost reduction
+ Be responsible for new supplier selection
+ Be responsible for the negotiation with suppliers on the contract/agreements and business terms
+ Gathering and analyzing information about the market, including competitors, customers, trends and products
+ Need to provide supplier roadmap and market trend & analysis to internal customers on regular basis
+ Develop and maintain positive relationships with internal customers and external partners & suppliers.
+ Interact with key business leaders and managers/buyers to proactively identify potential sourcing opportunities
+ Drive saving initiatives for the responsible category
+ Work on long term component capacity planning and identifying sourcing bottlenecks
**Your Skills:**
+ Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Business and/or Engineering
+ Excellent English in Reading/Speaking/Writing
+ At least 5-8 years sourcing experience or equivalent - EE components
+ Good capabilities to understand technology, key market players, market drivers and cost structure
+ Good communication
+ Strong interpersonal skill
+ Strong analytical and negotiation skill
+ Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
+ Ability to work globally (3 regions US, EMEA and AP)
