Then come and join our global team as Global Solution Sales & Market Development Manager (f/m/d) with focus on Cardiology to drive our Enterprise Services (ES) sales.
Your tasks and responsibilities:
You will support ES sales teams globally in countries and regions to develop successful ES offerings for customers.You will support your assigned countries in global sales processes (e.g. project reviews, sales funnel monitoring and development).You will drive and develop the enterprise services portfolio offering for cardiology.You bring together relevant Siemens Healthineers experts on a global level to bundle the existing ES portfolio (focus: Cardiology) with those of other business units and adapt it accordingly, leveraging our global expertise for specific customer opportunities.You will actively contribute to the development of sales capabilities, delivering content and presentations at training sessions, workshops, headquarters customer visits and sales events.You may be deployed as a key member of a proposal team (e.g., proposal management, solution architect) when local/regional resources are lacking.To find out more about the specific business, have a look at Value Partnerships
Your qualifications and experience:
You have a degree in the natural sciences or economics (e.g. medicine, healthcare management).You have many years of convincing sales experience in the healthcare sector, ideally with a focus on cardiology.You have a track record of developing and selling attractive service solutions for healthcare customers.You are experienced in driving cross-organizational issues and establishing networks.Knowledge of international healthcare markets, healthcare systems and reimbursement systems is an advantage.Additional experience in diagnostic imaging, healthcare digitization or healthcare consulting is an advantage.
