Position Overview Senior technical role providing advanced system support across enterprise operations while mentoring junior team members. Manages critical infrastructure supporting Manufacturing, Distribution, Supply Chain, Retail, and Back Office operations.

Core Responsibilities

Technical Support

Advanced troubleshooting of multi-platform environments (Windows, Apple, Linux) Mobile device and scanner support (iOS, Android, barcode systems) Network infrastructure maintenance (wired/wireless) Data center and IoT operations

System Management

MDM implementation (Intune, Soti) Security policy enforcement Process documentation and improvement Knowledge base maintenance

Leadership

Mentors Tech I and II team members Leads technical projects Collaborates with cross-functional teams Provides advanced technical guidance

Required Skills

Advanced technical troubleshooting Network and wireless systems expertise Data center operations knowledge Mobile device management proficiency Documentation and process improvement Independent problem-solving ability

Additional Requirements

Travel may be required Minimal supervision needed Strong customer service focus Cross-functional team collaboration Security policy implementation experience
