What You'll Do
Our HR Shared Services Center (HRSSC) spans across three global hubs—India, Costa Rica, and Portugal—delivering centralized and efficient support for HR processes worldwide.
We support the full employee lifecycle with precision, enable efficiency gains through smart systems and collaboration, and deliver measurable outcomes that enhance every employee’s journey at BCG.
You will be a key member of our Global HR Shared Services Center (HRSSC), supporting regional and local HR teams and employees worldwide with administrative HR processes. You’ll collaborate with colleagues across multiple geographies and time zones, forming part of a close-knit global HR network that values teamwork, ownership, and continuous learning.
Key responsibilities include:
• Preparing and processing employee paperwork for new hires, promotions, transfers, exits, and changes.
• Managing complex employee documentation requests including verification letters, references, and visa invitation letters.
• Using sound judgment to resolve non-routine stakeholder issues and managing escalations.
• Advising other team members with expert guidance on employee lifecycle processes.
• Supporting the background verification process and distributing welcome communications as part of onboarding activities
• Maintaining personnel records in compliance with legal requirements and internal standards.
• Producing reports on employee data (e.g. distribution lists, anniversaries, milestones).
• Conducting regular audits, identifying gaps, providing feedback and supporting quality improvements in a self-driven way.
What You'll Bring
• A graduation degree.
• 2-6 years of relevant experience in HR operations or shared services. HR process management experience is a must.
• Workday experience (preferred) or other HR ERP systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, Visio).
• Experience working in a professional services or multinational environment.
• Fluent verbal and written English language skills.
