We’re working a minimum of 4 days a week onsite as part of our commitment to fostering a culture of professional growth and cross-functional collaboration as we work together to engineer the extraordinary.  The aim of the position is to provide leadership, coordination, and execution of key strategic initiatives within the Global Commercial Office, with focus on driving adoption and performance of Remote clinical/technical Support strategies, supporting the business, to enhance reach, sales productivity and customer experience. The role will lead the deployment and acceleration of Remote Support solutions, such as LiveStream, to expand clinical support options, increase flexibility and drive profitability for the Operating Units and regions. In particular, the role will guide the definition of strategy and business models, selection and development of effective tools, engaging the businesses & regions, and integrating service transformation solutions into business plans. Successful execution will involve consolidating infrastructure, security approvals and compliance to privacy regulations, informing and supporting effective product development roadmap. The lead will oversee targeted account onboarding leveraging local deployment leads for field proximity, will ensure clear assessment of best solutions and will prepare scaling-up and efficiencies with central contract negotiations. The role will drive the commercialization, launches and expansion, evolving into multiple service models to drive customer engagement, quality of service and Medtronic profitability. The role will operate closely in collaboration with local OU sales and support teams, including Connect.Me teams, centrally with Global Commercial Office and with supporting functions as Commercial Analytics to ensure performance tracking and reporting. **JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:** Lead Strategy & Business model, Drive Business/Regions engagement + Build and Reinforce the Service Transformation vision & strategy; Define business model options to deliver ROI and long-term business impact + Secure and allocate funding needs + Engage businesses/regions, assess needs and show/drive fit into business strategies + Drive service transformation culture Innovate & Consolidate infrastructure, generate Leverage, Ensure Privacy & GSO + Assess market and competitive moves, anticipate, advance, secure the space + Interact with global teams for accelerating MDT-led solutions, be the voice and drive with global IT + Drive expansion for MDT solutions, supporting roadmap and deployment of LiveStream, for use cases of remote technical/clinical support, including proctoring + Ensure compliance to regulations, and privacy & GSO approvals + Define and validate hospital contracting for global deployment + Structure the supply and local support models globally Coordinate accounts onboarding, Ensure field proximity + Collaborate with businesses to coordinate remote case support pilots, identify best options, lead opportunities and scale-up + Collaborate with DTBU customer success team to effectively deploy and onboard locally + Form mechanism to locally develop and engage TC, evolve to centralized models, leverage C.Me sales organization where effective + Engage Clinical Specialists & FLSM, stay close to the field, quickly adapt to team needs Execute Launch, integrate Business plans, drive ROI + Work with OU to build and execute launch plans, including Customer Targeting, support model, funding, ROI, OU Engagement + Develop launch materials and training modules, ensure teams readiness and confidence + Accelerate access to Medtronic trainings by developing new remote technologies that can be adopted to existing training programs + Drive innovation within the overall remote interactions with HCPs and partner with geographies on adoption. Expand use-cases such as remote case support, remote proctoring/T&E, remote Service & Repair, working with the relevant internal partners + Monitor and track adoption & performance including customer experience; Share progresses and productivity reporting; communicate **SKILLS AND COMPETENCES:** Strategic Thinking + Long-range vision/insight to determine strategic direction + Ability to assess and prioritize opportunities to gauge the best return on time & money + Understanding of health care system requirements + Ability to plan, organize, monitor, and execute project plans on time and in budget Business Acumen + Business-wide view and understanding of final business application for strategic sales-channel initiatives + Understanding of business dynamics, being able to implement harmonized channel programs (play big), while tailoring initiatives to specific business needs (play small) + Understanding of country dynamics, local channel deployment strategies, field and remote reps needs, customers’ requirements + Analytical skills, including understanding of business economics and financial measures Interpersonal and Talent development + Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work cooperatively and effectively in matrix environment, managing teams indirectly, and with different trajectories + Independency, autonomy, confidence + Ability to communicate (succinctly and accurately) to various levels of management and customers + Fluent in English, one/two other languages highly valued Must Haves: Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, or Advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience.
