Reporting to the Senior Manager, Global Escalation Technical Support, the Global Service Supporter plays a pivotal role in Hach’s global technical ecosystem. This position is responsible for delivering advanced support for complex technical issues escalated from regional service teams. You’ll collaborate across global functions to ensure fast, effective solutions and empower regional teams to enhance their technical capabilities. 

This position is part of the Technical Customer Support located in São Paulo and will be onsite. 

 

In this role, a typical day will look like: 

Troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues from escalated support cases 

Collaborating with Engineering, Product Management, and Customer Service to identify and deliver optimal solutions 

Documenting and sharing best practices to improve global knowledge transfer 

Contributing to the optimization of global support processes 

Mentoring regional support teams to improve their problem-solving and technical skills 

Staying current on product innovations and service developments 

Participating in an on-call rotation to provide after-hours support 

 

The essential requirements of the job include: 

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field 

Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical support or a similar role 

Proven understanding of technical systems and the ability to diagnose complex issues 

Experience with support ticketing systems and CRM tools 

Flexibility to work varied hours and participate in an on-call schedule 

Advanced English and Spanish.
