If you enjoy turning technical know-how into solutions that keep customers happy and operations running, this role puts you at the center of it. As our Global Service Operation Manager for Service & Spares, you’ll ensure our Nordic customers get the best from their heat exchanger equipment.
You’ll lead a skilled team of service technicians, working closely with colleagues across Danfoss to deliver results, solve challenges, and strengthen customer partnerships. Backed by a motivated local team and our global headquarters network, you’ll see the difference your work makes every day.
Lead and support a team of four service technicians, including scheduling, training, and resource planning for on-site jobs (primarily in Europe). Manage the Service & Spares process from initial customer dialogue and quoting through to delivery, invoicing, and reporting. Identify new opportunities by mapping service and spare parts potential based on historical sales data and market insights, while staying actively engaged in quoting and customer dialogue. Collaborate across functions, providing product feedback to R&D and Portfolio Management and technical input for Nordic customers. Oversee quality and customer satisfaction, including handling claims, coordinating component exchanges, and delivering service for selected third-party heat exchanger models to key accounts. Experience in a relevant industrial setting, ideally with heat exchangers or related equipment. Strong technical understanding of HVAC and diverse industrial applications, including food and marine. Proven ability to lead teams and coordinate service operations. Service-oriented “Customer first” mindset, with a proactive, solution-focused approach to customer needs.
