Responsible for the strategic management of Service Engineering Organization: defining action plans, developing work-streams, delivering key KPIs and keeping regional teams aligned. The role is vital to the company’s transformation, concentrating on waste elimination, process efficiency, innovation and warranty-cost reduction, always anchored in service excellence and technology that exceeds the expectations of our customers and dealers.
