Lead the global Service Engineering Operation portfolio, aligning regional teams behind a single roadmap that cuts warranty cost and elevates service quality.
Responsible for the strategic management of Service Engineering Organization: defining action plans, developing work-streams, delivering key KPIs and keeping regional teams aligned. The role is vital to the company’s transformation, concentrating on waste elimination, process efficiency, innovation and warranty-cost reduction, always anchored in service excellence and technology that exceeds the expectations of our customers and dealers.
**In this position...**
+ Own end-to-end program planning, funding and delivery for key Service Engineering Operation workstreams, including advanced software diagnostics, technical-support hotline and repair-process consistency, within a broader transformation agenda.
+ Drive governance forums, KPI tracking and continuous-improvement sprints across Engineering, Quality, EV, CVS and field operations.
+ Influence senior stakeholders, secure resources and standardize best practices in the Americas, IMG, EMEA and APAC.

+ Coach project leads, promote data-driven decisions and build a collaborative, diverse culture.
**You'll have...**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Automation or Data Science (or equivalent), Administrative business.
+ 3+ years of Data Analytics experience within a manufacturing environment.
+ Deep program-management expertise with a track record of leading large-scale business transformations across all organizational levels.
+ Strong persuasive and influential leadership; excels at negotiation, smart decision-making and conflict resolution on complex, high-stakes issues involving multiple functions.
